Commercial Route Manager

About the role

Reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with drivers and dispatchers on routing and customer care. The Commercial Manager is tasked with implementing and maintaining high standards in safety, productivity, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with drivers and dispatchers to manage routing and ensure excellent customer care.
• Implement and uphold high standards for safety, productivity, and customer service.
• Oversee discipline, scheduling, and staffing within the department.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – preferred.
• Relevant industry experience – preferred.

Schedule

Flexible schedule required, including on‑call duties and some weekends.
