Commercial Roofing Travelling Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site roofing activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Manage project schedules, materials, and labor
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve issues proactively
• Travel extensively across the Southeast to various job sites

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience (low-slope systems preferred)
• Proven leadership in a superintendent or foreman role
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, safety standards, and construction practices
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
