About the role

Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems. This includes assessing roof conditions, selecting appropriate materials, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess roof conditions and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Select and install appropriate roofing materials according to project specifications.
• Maintain and repair existing roofing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant building codes and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other team members to ensure project success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related roofing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using roofing tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of common roofing materials and installation techniques.
