Responsibilities
- Investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects in various commercial roofing systems including EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal.
- Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.
Core Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- At least 2 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- A valid driver's license
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
- Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Able to work at varying heights and during a variety of weather conditions
- Communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers
- Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability
- Technology savvy
