Pay

Starting at $30 plus, based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers
• Manage commercial roofing systems, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, and assisting in training crew members as needed
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tiles/shingles)

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 5+ years experience working on commercial roofing systems
• A valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift 50 + pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor, and co‑workers
• Initiative, integrity, and adaptability
• Technology savvy
