Commercial Roofing Project Manager

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Reviewing contracts, scopes, estimates, and project requirements following estimator handoff
• Developing project execution plans and schedules
• Managing commercial roof replacement, service, maintenance, and new construction projects from startup through closeout
• Maintaining project budgets, forecasting costs, managing change orders, and maintaining accurate ECAC projections
• Tracking labor productivity, material usage, committed costs, and project profitability throughout the project lifecycle
• Cooking customer communication and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

What Makes You Successful

• You understand commercial roofing because you've lived it
• You have 3+ years in a commercial roofing project management role
• You have strong understanding of commercial roof installation practices and sequencing
• You have experience managing projects from estimator handoff through closeout
• You have knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal Roofing, and related commercial roofing systems
• You have experience managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, change orders, WIP reporting, and ECAC management
• You can identify project risks early and implement corrective actions before they impact schedule or profitability
• You have strong communication skills with customers, field leadership, vendors, and executive management
