Commercial Roofing Inspector/Technician

About the role

Responsible for inspecting commercial roofing systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols. Conduct routine maintenance checks and report findings to management.

Responsibilities

• Inspect commercial roofing systems for damage, wear, and tear, and potential hazards.
• Document findings and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Ensure all inspections comply with local building codes and industry standards.
• Communicate inspection results and recommendations to clients and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in roofing inspection or construction management.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of common roofing materials and installation techniques.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work safely around heights and in various weather conditions.
• Basic computer skills including data entry and report writing.

Pay
