Starting pay: $25/hour Year-round work available If you have experience working on commercial roof systems and want steady work with an established company, we’d like to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform commercial roof repair, maintenance, and installationWork on BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope roof systemsRemove snow, water, and debris from roofs before roofing workSafely use hand tools, power tools, and other roofing equipmentComplete assigned work accurately and efficientlyFollow OSHA and company safety requirementsMaintain a clean and safe job siteCommunicate with the Commercial Field Superintendent and other team membersWork professionally around customers and on active job sitesPerform physical work including climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting 50+ lbs. regularlyWork outdoors in a variety of weather conditions What We're Looking For Previous commercial roofing experienceExperience with low-slope commercial roof systemsExperience with repair and maintenance of multiple roofing systemsComfortable working at heightsStrong attention to detailAbility to safely operate roofing tools and equipmentAbility to follow job specifications and safety guidelinesReliable attendance and a strong work ethicAbility to communicate and work effectively with a crewCommitment to safe work practices Benefits Starting pay: $25/hourYear-round workHealth insuranceDental and vision insurance401(k)PTOPaid holidaysOngoing training and developmentQuarterly recognition breakfastsTeam outingsVolunteer opportunitiesWhy M&M?
