Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the oil and gas sector, focusing on transportation companies and servicing contractors.
- Build and expand an existing book of business through proactive sales efforts and client retention strategies.
- Provide expert advice on risk management and insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
- Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date guidance to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with a proven track record in sales and client management.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with oil and gas-related accounts is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software.
- Location: Remote position, with a preference for candidates based in Lubbock, DFW, or West Texas.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Pay
Base Salary (Draw): $60,000 (flexible based on experience)
