Commercial Relationship Manager II (Agriculture Lending)

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through referrals and community involvement
• Analyze financial data and negotiate credit transactions
• Service existing relationships to enhance profitability
• Pursue repayment on delinquent loans
• Identify and report problems with loans
• Support business development across other departments
• Train and coach associates as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years in banking, finance, or sales
• Experience in agricultural finance required
• Minimum 6 months credit analysis experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
