Commercial Refrigeration Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems on construction and retrofit projects.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, brazing, piping, and handle refrigerants according to EPA regulations.
• Read blueprints to ensure accurate installation and repairs.
• Work safely in a team-oriented environment, utilize technical training to deliver high-quality work, and contribute to energy-efficient solutions for retail, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Focus on reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction in all tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a refrigeration technician with a Journeyman certification.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC-R systems, refrigeration principles, and safety standards.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
