You will serve as a lead technical expert, diagnosing and resolving complex refrigeration issues for high‑profile commercial and industrial clients. Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical failures in commercial refrigeration systems to restore client operations.
• Execute precision repairs and installations using state‑of‑the‑art tools and technology provided by the company.
• Communicate technical issues and logistical needs clearly to the Service Manager to ensure rapid project completion.
• Manage a rotating on‑call weekend schedule to provide dedicated emergency support to industrial partners.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that uphold the company’s four‑decade legacy of quality and customer dedication.
• Coordinate personal dispatch schedules and equipment transport to ensure on‑time arrival at various project sites.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HVAC/R service and repair.
• Active EPA License for handling refrigerants.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial‑grade equipment independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for relaying critical field information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced technical training or certifications in specialized commercial refrigeration systems.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced field operations environment with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrated history of reliability and punctuality in a mobile service role.

Pay

$32 to $50 per hour plus year‑end bonus.

Schedule

Full‑time: Monday – Friday, with weekend on‑call rotation and overtime as needed.
