Responsibilities

- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales, leases, and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
- Collaborate with our team to create and implement effective marketing strategies that showcase properties to potential buyers and tenants.
- Conduct property tours and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Manage a dynamic pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication to drive deals forward.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
- Experience in commercial real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic advice to clients, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions in sales, leases, and contracts.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that highlight property features and attract potential buyers.

Pay
