Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, investors, and property owners to facilitate successful commercial real estate transactions.
  • Identify and evaluate commercial real estate opportunities, providing clients with insightful market analysis and strategic advice.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales, leases, and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Collaborate with our team to create and implement effective marketing strategies that showcase properties to potential buyers and tenants.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Manage a dynamic pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication to drive deals forward.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
  • Experience in commercial real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic advice to clients, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions in sales, leases, and contracts.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that highlight property features and attract potential buyers.
  • Excellent communication skills to conduct property tours and presentations, engaging prospective clients with confidence.
  • Experience managing a dynamic pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication to drive deals forward.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team, contributing to shared goals and leveraging collective expertise for client success.

Pay

$125,500 - $225,000/year
