Qualifications

• Licensed real estate agent
• Experience with residential transactions is not required but helpful
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to new markets and opportunities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Passionate about building relationships and working with investors, business owners, landlords, and tenants

Pay

$165,000 at plan commissions
