Commercial Real Estate Lender II - VP

Position Summary

Location for this position could be in the Lehigh Valley area, Lancaster/Berks/Reading area or Western Philadelphia area. This role will develop new loans, deposits, and commercial real estate (CRE) relationships for the Bank; continue to expand portfolio and customer base in our footprint; manage the sales process; be proactive towards deepening client relationships; ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in commercial real estate or commercial lending; production, deposits, and annual and portfolio revenue goals in excess of a Commercial Real Estate Lender I.
• Excellent sales and project management sales; proficient reading, verbal and written communication, presentation, decision making, analytical, interpretation, computer, customer service and interpersonal relations skills;
• Thorough knowledge of commercial and industrial lending in addition to real estate lending practices and related areas;
• Solid working knowledge of business related banking services;
• Reliable follow through in completing assignments; work independently; competently handle diversified workload with multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously;
• Professionally interact with customers, staff members and other.
