Commercial Real Estate Leasing Broker

About the role

Represent landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions across multiple property types. Responsibilities include sourcing new business, managing active listings, marketing available space, negotiating lease terms, and executing transactions through lease signing.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, tenants, and brokers while managing a consistent pipeline of leasing opportunities. Strong organizational discipline and transaction management from start to finish are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Commercial real estate leasing experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and active transactions simultaneously
• Working knowledge of commercial lease structures and documentation
• Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Proficient in CRM systems and basic financial analysis
