About the role
The Senior Commercial Real Estate Banking Analyst plays an important role advancing the priorities of the senior leadership team, providing information management and content creation that supports and validates decisions and strategies. This role is responsible for the design and creation of effective materials that express initiatives and vision of the Commercial Real Estate Banking organization.
Responsibilities
- Organizes and manages projects for the leadership team, translating priorities to executable plans and ensuring projects are brought to closure.
- Creates content to support executive presentations, board materials, leadership routines, town halls, and other forums.
- Maintains Teams / SharePoint site and content.
- Supports and contributes to the development of Commercial Real Estate Banking’s strategy, strategic plan, and related strategic initiatives.
- Analyzes data and makes recommendations based on the results to discern insights and support decision making at the senior leadership level.
- Supports other members of the Commercial Real Estate Banking’s senior leadership team with special projects, content creation, analysis, and research, as required.
- May be responsible for talent management functions including employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning, and ensuring all staff comply with compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum experience required: 4+ Years of business analyst, project management or similar relevant work.
- Preferred Qualifications: Project management experience.

- Proficiency with Microsoft applications with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $61,483.50 - $103,862.00.
