Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)
Latitude is seeking a commercial real estate attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join a dynamic Atlanta firm with a strong real estate practice. This is a partner-track position within a sophisticated and varied practice group.
Responsibilities
- Commercial leasing
- Acquisitions and dispositions
- Financing transactions
- Commercial real estate closings
Requirements
- At least 4 years of commercial real estate experience
- Prior experience in the commercial real estate department of a large corporate law firm, a commercial real estate boutique firm, or in-house with a commercial real estate development company is preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing (licensed in Georgia or ability to become so)
- Outstanding references required
