Role Summary Cohen Liuzzo PLLC is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3-6 years of sophisticated transactional commercial real estate and multifamily housing experience. This is an opportunity to bring commercial expertise to a growing practice that handles complex, multi-layered affordable housing transactions. What You'll Do Support in running deals and supervise deal team membersRepresent owners and developers of commercial and multifamily real estateHandle complex property acquisitions and dispositionsStructure and negotiate joint ventures and development dealsExecute financing transactions Required Qualifications 3-6 years of transactional commercial real estate and multifamily housing experienceExperience representing owners/developers of commercial/multifamily real estateKey roles in complex property acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactionsExcellent academic credentialsStrong communication and collaboration skillsConfident drafting and editing abilitiesCommitment to excellence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Affordable housing experience Compensation $155K-$185K, commensurate with experience Benefits Competitive healthcare options, generous 401(k) match, backup family care, 20 days of paid time off, and 11 holidays.
