About the role

We are seeking a mid-level Associate to join our dynamic and collaborative Real Estate Practice Group in Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati or Dayton office focusing on general commercial real estate matters. The ideal candidate possesses 4-5 years of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on commercial real estate development and new construction.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 4-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, preferably at a law firm.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Pay

• The anticipated salary range for this position in Ohio is $190,000 - $210,000.
• The anticipated salary range for this position in Atlanta is $220,000 - $230,000
• The anticipated salary range for this position in Chicago is $225,000 - $240,000
