Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct market analysis and provide strategic advice to clients
- Prepare and present investment proposals and financial models
- Work closely with other departments such as finance, legal, and operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in commercial real estate preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for real estate and a commitment to excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Ability to travel as needed
