About the Role

Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of commercial real estate listings and transactions
- Network and build relationships with clients, brokers, and other industry professionals
- Manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
- Utilize modern systems and technology to streamline client management, marketing, transaction coordination, and communication
- Collaborate with other agents and the broader Crown Homes team to support mutual growth and success
- Grow your business through strategic partnerships and referrals
Requirements
- Active Real Estate license in TX
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in commercial real estate, leasing, investments, or development

- Passionate about commercial real estate
