Responsibilities
- Advise healthcare providers on commercial real estate strategy
- Build and maintain a strong business development pipeline
- Evaluate locations, properties, and opportunities
- Analyze financial and operational impacts of real estate decisions
- Negotiate favorable business terms
- Coordinate and lead transaction teams
- Develop relationships with key referral partners

Pay
