What You'll Do

  • Advise healthcare providers on commercial real estate decisions.
  • Develop relationships with healthcare practice owners and administrators.
  • Evaluate properties, demographics, and market opportunities.
  • Analyze lease, purchase, and financial scenarios.
  • Negotiate business terms and real estate agreements.
  • Build relationships with referral partners and industry vendors.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor position. Compensation is 100% commission-based with no cap on earnings. While no income is guaranteed, many successful agents fully replace their prior income within their first two years and significantly exceed it thereafter.
