Commercial Property Senior Associate or Partner

About the role

Coodes LLP is seeking an ambitious, client-focused senior lawyer to join their highly regarded Commercial Property team. The firm is looking for an established partner or an ambitious Senior Associate to work on a spectrum of high-quality matters including acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, commercial leases and landlord/tenant work, development projects, corporate support on transactional matters, agricultural and rural land issues, and strategic property advice for long-standing, loyal clients.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of high-quality matters in the commercial property field
• Manage your own desk and client relationships
• Build and develop existing client relationships and connections
• Contribute to the department's strategy and business development
• Develop long-standing client relationships and spot opportunities for growth
• Manage a varied caseload with confidence
• Enjoy building strong, long-term relationships with clients and delivering high-quality commercial property advice
• Be commercially minded and able to contribute to the department's strategy and business development

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years PQE in Commercial Property, or 7 years fee earning
• Strong communication and commercial awareness
