This joint venture brings together our UK platform and global partners to co-participate in land and property projects focused on long-term value creation. The partnership targets opportunities where value can be enhanced through planning gain, subdivision, renovation, or ground-up development, acquiring and holding commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets.

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to join our Land and Development Properties Partnership, focusing on UK acquisitions and holdings. This role will drive the identification, evaluation, and execution of high-potential land and property opportunities in collaboration with our joint venture partners.

Responsibilities

  • Source, analyze, and pursue land and property acquisition opportunities across the UK, with a focus on long-term value creation.
  • Work closely with joint venture partners to assess feasibility, risk, and financial viability of potential projects.
  • Lead due diligence processes, including market research, financial modeling, and legal reviews.
  • Negotiate and structure deals to maximize returns while aligning with partnership objectives.
  • Oversee planning gain, subdivision, renovation, or ground-up development strategies to enhance asset value.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including investors, local authorities, and development teams.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic recommendations for asset optimization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in land acquisition, property development, or real estate investment within the UK market.
  • Strong understanding of planning regulations, zoning laws, and development processes in the UK.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate financial models, conduct market analysis, and assess project feasibility.
  • Excellent negotiation, deal structuring, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in joint ventures or partnership-driven environments.
  • Track record of successfully managing complex real estate projects from acquisition to completion.
