About the role
$100,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience. Full-Time position in Memphis, TN. Monday–Friday schedule; overtime may be required.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and coordinate commercial HVAC and plumbing projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and overall performance
- Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and customers
- Manage RFIs, RFPs, change orders, and other project documentation
- Monitor project progress and address schedule, cost, and operational issues
- Provide leadership and accountability throughout project execution
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience
- 2+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and change orders
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and related software
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
