Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation; define objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Carry out site assessments and feasibility analyses to inform project planning.
- Oversee all exterior construction activities — site preparation, installation, and scope changes — through to project completion.
- Cook up and manage project budgets; monitor expenditures, control costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Review and approve invoices and payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and present progress, financial, and quality reports to senior management.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies; resolve project issues and conflicts promptly.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations; conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and lead progress meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Manage project close-out: final inspections, punch lists, client handover, completion reports, and lessons learned.
- Safely operate company vehicles; maintain vehicle upkeep and accurate mileage, fuel, and incident records.
Requirements
- Background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in exterior construction, preferably in the commercial sector.
- Strong knowledge of exterior construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, BuilderTrend) and construction management tools.
- Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of lean construction principles and continuous improvement methodologies (a plus).

- Valid driver's license, a good driving record, and ability to pass an MVR screening.
- Must pass a background check.
- Valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
