Qualifications
- Four-year degree from an accredited university in construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
- 5+ years of experience in construction, with comfort in building houses
- Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time, to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
- Take initiative and seek responsibility
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
