Commercial Project Manager

About the role

At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com) we are looking for a Commercial Project Manager located in Coral Gables, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the execution of projects by supervising staff, ensuring projects meet deadlines, and capturing project information and changes.
• Create true and accurate submittals and manage them through approval.
• Process change orders submittals: this includes pricing changes via redline or email, design changes, revisions and managing them with the Stone Systems accounting team.
• Manage RFIs and changes promptly and accurately.
