Commercial Programs Director (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities

The Director will oversee Commercial Program(s) technology engagement, conduct training, organize recognition events, and encourage active participation and conversion across the portfolio.

Strategic planning and financial oversight: Responsibilities include developing strategies to implement new and current program optimal usage, engaging associates, setting goals and evaluation metrics, managing the budget, and ensuring revenue and expense targets are met.

Required qualifications and skills

• Hotel sales and training experience
• Preferred skills in marketing and hospitality industry knowledge
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent industrial experience

• Proficient/advanced with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Knowledge with Microsoft Publisher and Adobe Abrobat (preferred)
