Job Description Commercial Lines Producer Job Summary Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships while driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to travel within a one to two-hour radius of their home office to meet with clients, particularly for larger accounts. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new commercial lines business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.Conduct in-person client meetings within a one to two-hour radius of your home office, with occasional travel for larger accounts.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of clients.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Qualifications/Requirements Proven experience in commercial lines insurance sales or a related field.Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.Willingness to travel locally and occasionally for larger accounts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.Familiarity with the geographic areas of Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Ohio is a plus.
