Sponsorship not available** Responsibilities Assist the lender in structuring and closing loan requestsAssist the lender in working with the department to collect, analyze, and evaluate loan requests for consideration by the appropriate loan approval authorityCoordinate loan documentation in consultation with legal counselAdminister appraisal ordering processManage annual reviews and renewals, portfolio reviews, financial statement requirements, loan covenants, collateral exceptions, borrowing bases, delinquencies, construction draws and monitoring, and other reportingCoordinate execution of deed of trust releases and other security instruments as requiredIdentify problems or potential problems with credit information and coordinate with the necessary party to resolve the problemsComply with requests from loan review and other internal/external examinersAssist existing and new customers with loan requests, inquiries and servicing needsCross sell new services to commercial relationships, working directly with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management, Trust, and other team members as appropriateMaintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasksDeliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standardsOther duties as assigned COMPETENCIES Demonstrated ability to champion changeConnects organization to Industry and CommunityResults orientedAbility to build collaborative relationshipsAbility to influence othersValues and seeks out diversity, equity, and inclusionDemonstrated empathy and respect for colleaguesDemonstrated active listening abilityDemonstrated ability to deliver clearly defined expectationsDemonstrated ethics and integrityDemonstrated drive and purposeDemonstrated capacity to learnDemonstrated adaptabilityIncreased self-awareness SCHEDULE Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week. Education - Certifications - Work Experience High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in business related area preferred 2+ years experience in a commercial lending environment; preference in underwriting Travel Requirements Travel within Region and surrounding area to be expected Physical Requirements This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a maximum of 50% of the time, constantly operate a computer up to 50% of the time and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers, customers, or stakeholders to discuss and observe facts and data in order to exchange accurate information.
