Commercial Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor commercial loan portfolios, identify exceptions, and report issues.
• Collaborate with commercial bankers, credit, loan servicing, and clients on customer requests, maturities, renewals, and delinquent accounts.
• Coincide with Credit Department for appraisals, environmental reports, and new or annual review requests.
• Analyze loan requests, support loan closings, and assist with risk evaluations, credit memos, and documentation.
• Ensure proper credit and collateral documentation, including financial statement analysis.
• Participate in community activities to promote bank products and services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of financial experience, preferably in credit analysis and commercial lending.
• Knowledge of lending policies, strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
