Commercial Plumbing Technician
About the role
Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a statewide provider of skilled commercial services specializing in retail, grocery, and convenience store projects. We deliver excellence in commercial tenant improvements, remodels, and 24/7 service supported by our dedicated dispatch team. We are seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, customer-focused service
- Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspections
- Perform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heaters
- Diagnose and repair DWV systems, including pumps, fixtures, and valves
- Inspect or repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations
- Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment
- Collaborate with team members to complete work orders efficiently
- Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines
- Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department
Requirements
- Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience
- Valid driver license with an insurable driving record
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Verbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communication

Pay
$32 to $45 per hour DOE
