As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Superintendent to lead field operations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure successful project execution across our commercial construction portfolio. The Commercial Plumbing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and directing all field operations for commercial plumbing projects. This role serves as the bridge between project management and field execution, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations on commercial plumbing construction projects.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and project resources.
- Partner with Project Managers to maintain project schedules, budgets, and productivity goals.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure successful execution.
- Identify and proactively resolve field conflicts, installation challenges, and construction issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide ongoing updates
