Commercial Plumber (Full-Time)

• Oversee and execute installation of underground, rough-in, above-ceiling, and equipment piping systems for commercial and industrial builds.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, sequencing, and scheduling crews.
• Supervise, mentor, and ensure quality workmanship of plumbers, apprentices, and helpers.
• Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to determine layouts and penetration points.
• Perform field layout, assembly, and installation of piping, valves, fixtures, supports, and mechanical equipment in compliance with codes.
• Coordinate with contractors, superintendents, and inspectors to resolve field conflicts and clarify design details.
• Monitor materials, organize procurement, and track project progress and daily logs.
• Enforce safety protocols and proper use of PPE, trench safety, and hazard communication.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in good standing in Kentucky or Indiana.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial plumbing.
• Proven supervisory experience managing site crews and complex workflows.
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, materials, and installation techniques.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and standard trade tools.
• Preferred: experience as a foreman or lead on large-scale facilities, OSHA certifications, and expertise in process piping and specialized systems.
