Position Summary The Commercial Plumber is a full-time traveling field position responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial facilities across our National Accounts portfolio. This role focuses on service work, troubleshooting, and customer-facing interactions to ensure plumbing systems operate efficiently and remain compliant with applicable codes. Supporting the National Accounts Team, this role will travel to various commercial client locations to provide high-quality plumbing service and maintenance. The Commercial Plumber works independently in the field while delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams. This position is ideal for a plumber who enjoys travel, problem-solving, and working on a variety of commercial systems across multiple facilities. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, sewer, gas, and specialty pipingTravel to commercial client sites to support National Accounts service work. Respond to service calls and emergency plumbing issues in commercial environmentsTroubleshoot leaks, blockages, pressure issues, and system failuresRepair or replace fixtures, valves, pumps, and piping componentsPerform system inspections and preventative maintenanceEnsure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codesCommunicate clearly with customers regarding scope of work, findings, and repair recommendationsAccurately complete service tickets, work orders, and documentationMaintain service vehicle, tools, and inventoryCoordinate with dispatch, project managers, and other trades as neededFollow company safety policies and OSHA regulations Qualifications Valid Journeyman Plumber license 3+ years of commercial plumbing experienceStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsKnowledge of commercial plumbing systems and service practicesAbility to read and interpret service documentation and schematicsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyPhysical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varied environmentsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordOSHA certification preferred Travel Requirements Frequent travel required to service commercial client locations across multiple markets.
