Commercial Plumber
LC Mechanical Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Washington Licensed Commercial Plumber to join our growing Field Operations team serving the Seattle metropolitan area. Responsibilities
- Install commercial plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, vent, natural gas, and specialty piping.
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures, valves, pumps, water heaters, backflow devices, and related equipment.
- Perform service work, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and system repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, shop drawings, and mechanical plans.
- Coordinate installations with project managers, general contractors, and other skilled trades.
- Conduct pressure testing, inspections, and system commissioning.
- Ensure all work complies with Washington State plumbing codes, local regulations, and OSHA safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, inspections, and materials used.
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe.
- Represent LC Mechanical professionally while providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Valid Washington State Journeyman Plumber License (PL01) required.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, piping methods, and Washington plumbing codes.
- Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and construction documents.
- Experience with commercial new construction, tenant improvements, remodels, and industrial facilities preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on ladders, lifts, rooftops, and in confined spaces when necessary.
Pay
- $40–$60 per hour, depending on experience and licensing

Work Location
Onsite at commercial and industrial project locations throughout Seattle and the surrounding Puget Sound region.
