Commercial Planning Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual planning process for volume and investment.
• Support in developing distribution strategy, goals, and tracking performance.
• Identify opportunities for plan optimization and provide recommendations to the Leadership Team.
• Support end-to-end management of the planning process to ensure all key decision milestones are met.
• Track, analyze, and report on variances to commercial volume and investment plans.
• Develop insights into monthly forecasts with input from cross-functional teams.
• Develop planning learnings that result in optimization of the planning process.
• Build strong relationships with commercial leadership teams using a consultative approach.
• Addition ad hoc analysis and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in analysis, financial planning, and budgeting.

Physical Requirements & Environmental

• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Communicating with others to exchange information.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
• Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.

Pay

• The base salary range for this position is $87,600 – 131,400/year, not including benefits or potential bonuses.
