Key Responsibilities
- Support annual planning process for volume and investment.
- Support in developing distribution strategy, goals, and tracking performance.
- Identify opportunities for plan optimization and provide recommendations to the Leadership Team.
- Support end-to-end management of the planning process to ensure all key decision milestones are met.
- Track, analyze, and report on variances to commercial volume and investment plans.
- Develop insights into monthly forecasts with input from cross-functional teams.
- Develop planning learnings that result in optimization of the planning process.
- Build strong relationships with commercial leadership teams using a consultative approach.
- Addition ad hoc analysis and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in analysis, financial planning, and budgeting.
Physical Requirements & Environmental
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Communicating with others to exchange information.
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
- Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.

Pay
- The base salary range for this position is $87,600 – 131,400/year, not including benefits or potential bonuses.
