Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
- Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to effectively eliminate pests while adhering to safety standards.
- Provide educational services to customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment.
- Offer advice on how to reduce the risk of future infestations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, help with sales to current customers, and expand the company's product offerings to new customers.
- Maintain all pest control equipment in proper working condition.
- Operate a company provided service vehicle safely and adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
Requirements
- A clean shaven face for safety reasons (rebreathers must be able to seal your face).
- A high school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
- Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- The ability to follow instructions for mixing on product labels.
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us).

- Ability to present information in both internal and external settings.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
- Ability to work in tight, confined spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways.
- Experience working around animals, insects, and termites.
- Ability to work around mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights and scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals.
- Ability to drive a company provided service vehicle safely.
