Commercial/Personal Processor and Office Manager

Responsibilities

  • Issue Certificates and Auto ID Cards
  • Make general changes to client information within the EPIC system
  • Add/Delete: Vehicles, Drivers, Equipment
  • Review Policies for accuracy and to ensure all pieces are accounted for
  • Input Direct Bill Entries into Epic for Account Managers to review
  • Follow up with clients and insurance companies regarding items relevant to insurance products (e.g. outstanding A/R, copies of policies, endorsements, etc.)
  • Work within the EPIC system to attach documents to accounts

Requirements

  • Strong computer knowledge and skills including experience with Microsoft Office programs
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills, is detail oriented, problem solver, and self-starter
  • Demonstrates positive customer service and sales skills, internally and externally, with effective communication, respect, and integrity
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex working environment accurately and proficiently
  • Preferred experience within the Insurance industry, specifically Property and Casualty field
  • Preferred experience working within the EPIC system
  • College Degree Preferred
