About the role

A professional level sales position focused on supporting advanced functions within the commercial side of the business. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
• Collaborate with General Manager on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build and maintain a network of second-source suppliers

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain core bank and commercial returns
• Manage commercial credit accounts
• Partner with General Manager to ensure proper driver coverage

• Necessary for success as a Commercial Parts Pro: working knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic ability, communication, writing, reading, math, and computer skills
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions
• Formal or informal experience leading teams, including supervising daily tasks, and working together to achieve goals

Education and Certifications

• Necessary for success: High school diploma or GED, ASE certification preferred but not required

Physical Demands

• Walking, standing, reaching, talking, hearing, handling, feeling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds

Work Environment

• Usually working inside; occasionally outside and exposed to various weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, explosives, and vibration

Compensation and Benefits

• Good faith estimate for this role is between 18.85 USD and 20.98 USD per hour for a new team member
