About the role
A professional level sales position focused on supporting advanced functions within the commercial side of the business. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth through customer retention and expansion, partnering with the General Manager to manage a team of Team Members.
Responsibilities
- Maintain commercial customer relationships
- Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
- Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
- Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
- Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members
- Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved
- Maintain commercial stocking programs
- Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers
Secondary Responsibilities
- Maintain core bank and commercial returns
- Manage commercial credit accounts
- Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage

- ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent

Essential Job Skills
- Necessary for success as a Commercial Parts Pro: working knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic ability, communication, writing, reading, math, and computer skills
- Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions
- Formal or informal experience leading teams, including supervising daily tasks, and working together to achieve goals
- Necessary education: High school diploma or GED
- Necessary certifications: ASE Certification preferred, but not required

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this role is between 18.85 USD and 20.98 USD per hour for a new team member. The rate offered depends on a number of factors, including geographic location, experience in retail, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, and other skillsets ideal for this position and shift differential (if applicable).
