About the role
A professional level sales position within the commercial side of the business. This role supports advanced functions and is responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Maintain commercial customer relationships
- Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
- Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
- Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
- Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members
- Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved
- Maintain commercial stocking programs
- Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers
Secondary Responsibilities
- Maintain core bank and commercial returns
- Manage commercial credit accounts
- Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage

Essential Job Skills
- Necessary for success as a Commercial Parts Pro: working knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic ability, communication, reading and interpreting documents, basic math, using Microsoft software, strong organizational skills, understanding commercial profitability concepts, prior automotive parts experience, proven sales ability, formal or informal experience leading teams, ASE certification (preferred)

Compensation Range
- The good faith estimate for this role is between 20.75 USD and 23.09 USD per hour for a new team member
