About the role

A professional level sales position within the commercial side of the business, responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain commercial customer relationships
  • Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
  • Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
  • Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
  • Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members
  • Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved
  • Maintain commercial stocking programs
  • Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Maintain core bank and commercial returns
  • Manage commercial credit accounts
  • Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage

Essential Job Skills

  • Necessary for success as a Commercial Parts Pro: working knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic ability, communication, writing, reading, math, using Microsoft software, organizational skills, understanding commercial profitability concepts, prior automotive parts experience, proven sales ability, formal or informal team leadership experience, ASE certification (preferred)

Position Eligible for Sales Commission

The rate offered depends on a number of factors, including geographic location, experience in retail, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, and other skillsets ideal for this position and shift differential (if applicable).
