About the role

A professional level sales position within the commercial side of the business, responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
• Collaborate with General Manager on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members
• Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards are met
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build and maintain a network of second-source suppliers

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain core bank and commercial returns
• Manage commercial credit accounts
• Partner with General Manager to ensure proper driver coverage

Essential Job Skills

• Necessary for success as a Commercial Parts Pro: working knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic ability, communication, reading and interpreting documents, basic math, using Microsoft software, strong organizational skills, understanding commercial profitability concepts, prior automotive parts experience, proven sales ability, formal or informal team-leading experience, ASE certification (preferred)

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, explosives, and vibration

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this role is between 17.15 USD and 19.08 USD per hour for a new team member. Benefits include a comprehensive health and wellness benefits program.
