About the role
A professional level sales position within the commercial side of the business, responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Maintain commercial customer relationships
- Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
- Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
- Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
- Collaborate with General Manager on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members
- Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved
- Maintain commercial stocking programs
- Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers
Secondary Responsibilities
- Maintain core bank and commercial returns
- Manage commercial credit accounts
- Partner with General Manager to ensure proper driver coverage

Essential Job Skills
- Necessary for success as a Commercial Parts Pro: working knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic ability, communication, writing, reading, math, use of Microsoft software, organizational skills, understanding of commercial profitability concepts, prior automotive parts experience, proven sales ability, formal or informal experience leading teams, ASE certification (preferred)

- Walking, standing, reaching, talking, hearing, handling/fingering, climbing/balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds, occasionally lifting/carrying up to 100 pounds, exposure to moving mechanical parts, high/precarious places, toxic/caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, explosives, vibration, moderate noise levels, exposure to various weather conditions, occasional exposure to outdoor work

Compensation Range
The good faith estimate for this role is between $20.75 and $23.09 per hour for a new team member. The rate offered depends on a number of factors, including geographic location, experience in retail, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, and other skillsets ideal for this position and shift differential (if applicable).
