About the role

A professional level sales position within the commercial side of the business, responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
• Collaborate with General Manager on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain core bank and commercial returns
• Manage commercial credit accounts
• Partner with General Manager to ensure proper driver coverage

• ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent

• Effective communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

• Necessary for success as a Commercial Parts Pro: working knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic ability, friendly communication, safety knowledge, organizational skills, ability to source from numerous places, advanced selling skills, multi-tasking, effective communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

Education and Certifications

• Necessary for success: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• PREFERRED but not required: ASE Certification

• Walking or standing predominantly
• Close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, explosives, and vibration
• Moderate noise level in the work environment

Compensation and Benefits

• The good faith estimate for this role is between 20.75 USD and 23.09 USD per hour for a new team member
