About the role

A professional level sales position within the commercial side of the business, responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain core bank and commercial returns
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage

Essential Job Skills

• Necessary for success as a Commercial Parts Pro: working knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic ability, friendly communication, safety knowledge, organizational skills, ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends, formal or informal experience leading teams, and understanding commercial profitability concepts.

Education and Certifications

• Necessary for success: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), ASE Certification preferred but not required.

Physical Demands

• Walking, standing, reaching, talking, hearing, handling/fingering, climbing/balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds, occasionally lifting/carrying up to 100 pounds, exposure to moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, toxic/caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, explosives, and vibration.

Compensation and Benefits

• The good faith estimate for this role is between 18.85 USD and 20.98 USD per hour for a new team member. The rate offered depends on a number of factors, including geographic location, experience in retail, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, and other skillsets ideal for this position and shift differential (if applicable).
